Cibin’s refrigerating equipment is classed as food and agricultural machinery (MACHINES DIRECTIVE 2006/42/EC), destined for the treatment
of food products.
The machine is designed for the conservation of foods and/or “fresh” products at temperatures indicated in annexes.
It has been designed to work in ambient temperatures from +16°C to +43°C (class T).
It has been designed to maintain a set temperature in a refrigerated cold room suitable for such uses.
The machine is not designed for use in cold rooms situated outside.
The machine is not designed for installation and use in an environment where there is risk of explosion.
Any use other than that permitted shall be considered improper, and in this case the Manufacturer will decline all liability.
The machine is not designed for the conservation of products, which produce corrosive substances.

The new Cibin machines stand out for being eco-friendly, from the design phase all the way through to machine decommissioning.
● Design aims for energy efficiency.
● Production aims for minimal waste of materials.
● Thanks to the protection and safety devices, the machine aims
for maximum durability.
● Most of the components are recoverable and recyclable when
decommissioning the machine.

Compact systems
The new machine range aims not only to limit waste but also to make the thermodynamic systems as compact as possible without sacrificing efficiency and reliability. Compactness also guarantees a lower use of refrigerant, thereby reducing the impact of the machines on our planet.

Wide choice of options
The machines can be customised for final use and a series of basic
options are available, including treatment of materials against
corrosion, micro-door, water condensation, tropicalised versions and
acoustic signalling.

Cibin monoblocks are designed, manufactured and distributed in
accordance with the reference standards and regulations in force.
Specifically, the whole range complies with the following (where
relevant):
a) Maximum charge limit of 150g for commercial appliances;
b) Design of the refrigeration system in accordance with EN378;
c) The PED directive with maximum classification 1;
d) The F-GAS regulation;
e) The EN 60204-1 standard on the electrical equipment of machines
f) The Machinery directive (2006/42/EC);
g) EC Regulation 765/2008;

The new Cibin monoblock range uses natural refrigerants with very low GWP. With a GWP of only 3, R290 is the future solution for low and medium temperature small-scale commercial refrigeration. Our tests have also shown a significant advantage in terms of TEWI, which depends both on the GWP and on all the design solutions adopted.
